Shipping policy
Roast-to-Order Promise
At Harvest Moon, every bag is roasted to order on our SF-25 drum roaster in Tarentum, Pennsylvania. We don't ship stale coffee sitting on a warehouse shelf. To deliver peak flavor, please allow 2–4 business days between order placement and shipment so we can roast, rest, and pack your coffee at its best.
Processing Times
- One-time orders: Roasted and shipped within 2–4 business days of order placement.
- Subscription orders: Roasted and shipped within 2–4 business days of your renewal date. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail from Tarentum, PA. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (Continental U.S.)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (Continental U.S.)
Total time from order to doorstep typically ranges from 4–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (Continental U.S.).
- Flat-rate shipping of $7.50 on orders below the free shipping threshold.
Subscription Shipping Schedule
Subscriptions ship on a recurring schedule based on your selected frequency (bi-weekly, monthly or 6 week intervals). You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to apply to that shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives despite a "delivered" status, please contact us at info@harvestmoonc2.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Holiday & Weather Delays
Carrier delays during peak holiday seasons (November–December) and severe weather events are outside our control. We'll communicate proactively if we anticipate delays affecting your order.
